Port Academy is Southeast Asia's best capacity building program for young people in the water and maritime sector, a unique learning experience to work directly with leading international experts in developing ideas for Eco-Smart Ports in Indonesia.
The first edition of Port Academy will be held on 9-11 March 2020 at Terminal Kalibaru, Jakarta with partners such as Coordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs and Investments, Boskalis, Van Oord, Indonesia Port Corporations, and Port of Rotterdam.

The governments of the Province of East Java and The Netherlands are committed to engage young local people with the collaboration on sustainable river management, recognising the important role young people have in being catalysts for change and as future river leaders of their country.

The Healthy Rivers Challenge will provide young Indonesian talent - students and young professionals - the opportunity to actively contribute their personal ideas and solutions and gain knowledge and insight from experienced local and international experts who act as their mentors throughout the program.
