National Outstanding Farmer Association

National Outstanding Farmer Association) is an independent Indonesian organization which is oriented in social activity at agricultural sector, based on the agribusiness culture and environmentally friendly in villages. In Indonesia, NOFA is well known as KTNA (Kontak Tani Nelayan Andalan).

NOFA's mission are:
- Empowering farmer in the development of system and effort of agribusiness and food security to strengthen regional autonomy.
- Developing self-directed of farmer institution through capacity building of the group member human resources.
- Generating capability of farmer group to strengthen bargaining position and access of capital for farmer.
- Developing economic potency in the village through capacity building of agriculture resource and creating job opportunity to strengthen national economy.
- Realizing sustainability of food security and needs of family food and other farmer community.
- Achieving sustainable development and environmentally friendly.
